Come join us December 7th at BFT South Tempe for a morning of hard work and valuable Hyrox information.

Schedule:

7:30am-8am: Hyrox information session

8:15am-8:45am: Guest speaker and Hyrox professional Anthony Dipaolo will providing useful tips and advice to maximize your performance.

9am: First wave

Waves will go out in groups of three 15 minutes apart.
