The HYROX PFT is a benchmark test that pushes your endurance, strength, and grit. For time, you’ll complete:
? 1000m Run
? 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
? 100 Stationary Lunges
? 1000m Row
? 30 Hand-Release Pushups
? 100 Wall Balls (14lb/10lb)
?? There is a modified version on the sign up form that you will be able to choose! Also, partners will be able to split up the reps however they choose AFTER the run! ? (Run is together)
? Compete against yourself or with a partner and see which division of the HYROX Official Race you should sign up for!
