Test your strength, endurance, and mental grit through the HYROX PFT — a 6-station challenge designed to measure your race readiness.
Whether you’re new to HYROX or chasing a personal best, this is your chance to benchmark your fitness, connect with the community, and push past your limits.
Workout Includes:
🏃 1,000m Run
💥 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
🚣 1,000m Row
🔥 30 Jumping Lunges (15 per leg)
🎿 1,000m SkiErg
🏋️ 75 Wall Balls (6/4 kg)
