Hyrox Open House At MVMT Strength
Curious about HYROX but not totally sure where to start?
Come hang with us at MVMTS for our HYROX Open House. This is a free community event where you can learn more about our HYROX program, meet the coaches, ask questions, and get a feel for what the training actually looks like.
We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute workout where you’ll get the chance to test out some of the main HYROX stations, including running, rowing, sled work, wall balls, carries, lunges, and more. The goal is not to crush you. The goal is to give you a taste of the training, help you understand the movements, and show you how we coach the technique, pacing, and strategy behind HYROX.
After the workout, we’ll hang out for a casual meet and greet with the coaches. We’ll have protein shakes, coffee, and bananas, because carbs are our friends.
Whether you’re thinking about signing up for a HYROX race, want a new goal to train for, or you’re just curious about what this whole HYROX thing is about, this is a great place to start.
What to expect:
A beginner-friendly HYROX-style workout

No HYROX experience required. Just show up ready to move, learn, and maybe find your next goal to chase.
