HYROX Doubles Simulation - Minimal Run Format
Our HYROX Simulation is a race-style fitness event designed to replicate the intensity and structure of an official HYROX competition while making it more accessible for athletes who prefer less running.
This event keeps all the classic HYROX workout stations with a couple of added extras......but reduced the running volume. Instead of running between every station, athletes will complete an 800m run at the start and an 800m run at the end, with all workout stations performed consecutively in between.
The format creates a fast paced, high-intensity challenge making it perfect for first-time racers, HYROX athletes wanting extra practice or anyone looking for a tough but fun fitness challenge!
Workout Format
Teams will complete the following order:
- 800m Run
- 1000m Ski-Erg
- 80m Sled Push
- 80m Sled Pull
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 80 Box Step Overs
- 1000m Row
- 200m Farmers Carry
- 40 Cal Echo Bike
- 100m Lunges
- 100 Wall Balls
- 800m Run
(All stations will follow HYROX style standards)
Team & Entry Details
- Doubles only
- Male / Male
- Female / Female
- Mixed pairs
- Entry fee is per team and split between partners
- Free on-site parking is available
