Welcome to the HYROX "PFT" Physical Fitness Test event! Join us at 231 Post Office Dr Suite B8 Indian Trail, NC 28079 on March 28, 2026 at 7:30 AM for our first ever HYROX event! This event is perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking for a new challenge. The HYROX PFT is a timed workout. The PFT simulates the mix of cardio and functional work used in a HYROX race. This is a simple, but challenging test that can be repeated overtime. We will start the event at 7:30am and will be running the event in Heats of 4 people at a time. We still want everyone to show up at 7:30 so this is a community event where everyone can cheer others on and just enjoy the event and vendors on site.
