About this Event
This workshop will begin with tools to empower the participant, by learning how to create a hypnotic suggestion/an affirmation that allows the subconscious to easily and effortlessly digest. This will promote ways to release limiting beliefs around personal desires by activating end state energy and cultivate heart coherence, novelty, and dopamine without the critical faculty of the mind interjecting.
This workshop will include but not limited to:
Tools to self-regulate (science backed self-directed neuroplasticity)
Thought pattern interrupts
Sustainable forms of movement/free form movement
Shaking medicine
Expanding awareness by noticing resistance through proprioception without judgement
Foster awareness in what you truly and deeply desire
Guided visualization to support your personal manifestation
This session is designed to integrate your relaxing experience as a sustainable mindset to empower you in all the places you need it the most.
Are you ready to learn new ways to become more open hearted and optimize how you are feeling despite what is going on in your external reality?
