Thank you so much for joining me on this unique journey where hypnosis and sound will help promote stillness, happiness and well-being. This session may help open your subconscious mind, allowing connection to your higher self.
This 60 minute session may help reduce stress and anxiety, lower anger and blood pressure, promote deep relaxation, increase mental and emotional clarity, remove blockages and toxins from the body, and help with insomnia and sleep issues.
Your session will consist of roughly 25-30 minutes of hypnosis and 30 minutes of Sound Therapy. During sound therapy I will be using Crystal Quartz Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Rainsticks, Chimes and Koshi Chimes.Please arrive 15 minutes before the class is scheduled. Bring water, socks and a warm blanket. Mats and cushions are supplied.
