November Hypno Meditation Group — Now in a Bigger Space! 🌿Due to high demand, we’re moving to the larger hall at Bispham Methodist Church so even more of you can join us for this month’s relaxing session.
Join Phil Parr, a qualified counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist with 20+ years’ experience, for an hour of gentle hypnotherapy and guided meditation to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and boost overall wellbeing.
