PULSE is our 45 minute barre-inspired workout anchored to the mat. Through small, controlled ranges of motion, you'll create lift, elongation, and deep muscular engagement while strengthening and stabilizing the body. Expect intentional movement patterns that challenge your endurance, improve balance, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.
