This four-part class series is designed to help you bring hydration, mobility and strength back into your hands and feet using simple, powerful techniques.In each session, we’ll explore techniques to wake up your hands and feet, improve mobility, balance, grip strength and more.
Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, foot pain or just want to keep your joints feeling young, this class is for you. Come move, hydrate and feel better from the bottom up!
Recommended Materials: MELT Large Soft Ball (you can use one of ours in class, but we recommend purchasing one for yourself after class). We will provide a handout with links to purchase these materials in the first class.
