Personal Trainer Valerie Greene combines twelve years of teaching group exercise classes with her personal training knowledge to provide a fun, energetic, high intensity interval group training class. Enjoy the one-on-one attention, motivation and expertise of a trainer while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow members and friends at a lower rate than personal training. In only 30-minutes you will move through multiple circuits including cardio and strength stations. The exercise circuits in these sessions will change continuously to avoid adaptation, challenge your body and achieve fitness goals. Every week you will also receive an extra strength workout to do on your off days.
