A full moon is a transformational time that offers the opportunity to release anything that no longer serves us. Every Full Moon is a culmination of a monthly cycle reflecting an ending and a new beginning.
Join Amanda Greene, Certified Meditation Teacher to be guided into releasing what no longer serves you and be aligned to the monthly moon cycle energy! We invite you to our monthly full moon release meditation session offered on the second Tuesday of each month.
March’s full moon is linked to the Zodiac Sign of Virgo which represents letting go of perfection, aligning with your gifts and forgiving yourself. This is a transformative time to uncover secrets or shadows within yourself.

Guided meditation focusing on the energy of the full moon
Journal prompts to release and honor your energy
Topic & open discussion on the Zodiac Sign the moon is in that month.
Tips for navigating the monthly moon cycle energies
After each session, you’ll have the opportunity to practice the last portion at home. The last part of a full Moon release is to take your piece of paper that you wrote down anything you want to release on going outside under the full moon. Amanda provides you with a written prompt to say as you burn your paper releasing what you may need.
