About this Event
As the demand for Protection from Abuse orders has skyrocketed, more than ever it is important that Pennsylvanians have the legal information they will need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This workshop covers topics such as personal safety, what constitutes "abuse" under Pennsylvania law, when an abused person should seek an attorney, and other relevant topics.
This workshop is being offered both in-person and virtually by the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
