Get ready for a high-energy workout with a twist! In this 30-minute Silent Disco treadmill class, we’ll guide you through intervals of hills and sprints, with a live instructor leading you every step of the way.
Please note that Healthworks is a place for women and non-binary people to focus on themselves and elevate both their physical and inner power in a women centered space. Republic Fitness is an all-gender space.
