🚨 EVENT UPDATE – HEROES NIGHT RESCHEDULED 🚨Due to the forecasted weather this week, we are moving our HVABSA Spring Opening Celebration – Heroes Night to ensure the best experience for our families, players, and community partners.
📅 NEW DATE: Friday, March 20
⏰ TIME: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 LOCATION: Unity Park – Highland Village
⭐ Updated Schedule:
• 6:30–7:00 PM: Parade of Teams led by Texas Rangers Mascot Captain
• 7:00 PM: Ceremonial First Pitch by Highland Village Mayor Charlotte Wilcox
• 7:00–8:00 PM: Heroes Softball Game
🚒 Highland Village Fire Dept. vs. 🚓 Highland Village Police Dept.
This evening will be streamlined to focus on the Parade of Teams and Heroes Game only. Due to scheduled spring season games, not all teams may be able to participate in the parade, but any teams not playing that night are encouraged to attend.
⚠️ Weather Contingency:
If weather becomes an issue on March 20, the Parade of Teams will be moved indoors to the Briarhill Middle School gymnasium.
