About this Event
This four-weekend training is for aspiring Pilates instructors who want to teach how movement feels, not just how it looks. You’ll explore anatomy, functional movement, planes of motion, alignment, inclusive cueing, class sequencing, key exercises, and strategic prop use to make movements both accessible and more challenging.
With a focus on creative, thoughtful teaching, Hustle 'n Flow equips you to guide every body safely and intelligently. Led by instructors with a background in clinical rehab Pilates and featuring MSK professionals as guest speakers, you’ll gain the tools to teach functional, adaptable, and intentional Pilates classes.
