This month our Hustle social is a crossover with the Lambada / Zouk community (www.yinzouk.com) with their Zouk weekender at Wightman featuring guest instructors Camila & LoganZouk is a flowier development of Lambada, and Lambada is surprisingly similar to hustle due to shared origins. Lambada is influenced heavily by Soltinho (Brazilian Lindy Hop / Swing dance) and Brazilian Bolero (similar to Salsa with Tango flavor), while Hustle is rooted in Swing and Puerto Rican Salsa. These dances compliment each other extremely well, and we invite you to come to this crossover.
