Hurricane Melissa has devastated Jamaica, displacing over 400,000 people across all 14 parishes. The Jamaica Community Center International (JCCI) is launching a community-driven fundraising campaign featuring our signature "One Love Drink" cocktail at partner venues throughout the Bay Area.
🍹 THE ONE LOVE DRINK CAMPAIGN
Starting at Mad Oak Bar 'N' Yard in Oakland, every "One Love" cocktail sold directly supports hurricane relief efforts in Jamaica. This isn't just a drink—it's a movement.
What is the One Love Drink?
A specially crafted Caribbean-inspired cocktail featuring:
Jamaican rum base
Tropical fruit blend (passion fruit, mango, coconut)
Fresh lime and mint
Signature gold rim (representing Jamaican flag colors)
Garnished with a small Jamaican flag
The Impact:
$5 from every drink goes directly to JCCI relief efforts
100% transparent tracking via our public Airtable dashboard
Funds support: Emergency shelters, Starlink communication hubs, Medical supplies, Clean water systems, and Food distribution

- Paid parking lot at 14th & Broadway (2 blocks away) - $10 flat rate after 6pm
- BART accessible: 12th Street/City Center Station (0.3 miles walk)
- Bike racks available at venue entrance
- Rideshare drop-off: Use 12th Street entrance
