Hunting Park Environmental Justice Walk

Good Energy Collaborative, HERE for Climate Justice, Hunting Park Community Solar Initiative, Hunting Park Community Revitalization Corporation, and Philly Service Announcement are hosting a neighborhood sustainability walk through Hunting Park to showcase community-led change. Walk through the community's important sites and landmarks.

Celebrate with us at One Hope Community Church at 12:30. Enjoy free lunch from Tierra Colombiana and lively music. This is a family-friendly event where you will get to hear from longtime Hunting Park residents, community leaders, and community activists. Help to beautify the community by planting trees. Meet community organizations in Philadelphia working to achieve community justice.

The Tree Planting Event is hosted by Esperanza and will start at 9:30 am. Join the GEC in volunteering to help plant trees by signing up using this link: https://phs.volunteerhub.com/vv2/lp/esperanza/

The Walk will start at 1:30 at One Hope Community Church after the reception has concluded.
