A sound bath can be a profound experience for those searching for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner healing. Sound baths are excellent for relieving stress, reducing pain, and relaxing the mind and body.
Research suggests that exposure to specific frequencies and vibrations can positively impact the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Each crystal singing bowl is tuned to a specific note which corresponds to a specific chakra.
This experience is for adults and teens. Wear comfortable clothing. There is no movement in this workshop only relaxation! Please bring whatever will make you comfortable such as your own cozy blankets and pillow for your head. The studio supplies a yoga mat but you may want to add your own on top for extra comfort. The studio provides a blanket, bolster and lavender eye pillow.
