Humpday Yoga: A Playful Vinyasa Flow at a Brewery in Santa Cruz

Join us at Woodhouse Blending & Brewing every first Wednesday at 6pm for an all-levels yoga class with a splash of playful expression (maybe even a twerk or two). Drinks are optional, but laughter is inevitable - It’s the midweek reset you absolutely deserve!

What to expect:

• 60 minutes of yoga that balances flow & mindfulness, with a splash of silliness
• Brewery vibes & the option to enjoy a cold one
• A laid-back, come-as-you-are community

What to bring:

• Your yoga mat & water bottle
• Valid ID (if you’d like to enjoy a 21+ bev)
• Layers — we’re outdoors, and savasna can get chilly
• A playful spirit
