Our “Full Circle Moment” theme reflects on the 20-year journey of community service through the arts, leading creative initiatives that unite artists and communities. From the Hurricane Katrina benefit, through heartfelt fundraisers during Covid-19, to our current work bringing communities together, we continue this mission of utilizing the arts as a force for hope, healing, and human connection. What began as a community-driven benefit supporting Hurricane Katrina survivors has grown into a vibrant arts organization dedicated to empowering individuals through music, dance, and spoken word.
Humanity: A Full Circle Moment celebrates enduring connections and the people who make our mission possible.
“This moment represents a journey not just for our organization, but for every person who believes in the power of art to heal, connect, and transform,” said Vania Bynum, Founder of VCBynum Arts & Education. “We’re honoring where we started, embracing where we are, and envisioning what’s next.”
