HOW IT WORKS:

🐶 Check in between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at The Dog Bar

🐶 Pick up your event wristband, bar map, drink specials, and crawl information

🐶 Visit participating bars at your own pace—there's no set schedule

🐶 Meet fellow dog lovers and support local animals in need

🐾 This is a dog-friendly event, but dogs are not required to attend. All animal lovers are welcome!

REFUND & SERVICE POLICY

We're committed to creating a fun, memorable experience for all participants while supporting a great cause. Please review the following policies before purchasing your ticket.

NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• No-shows or failure to attend the event after purchase.

• Missing the mandatory check-in window or failing to follow check-in instructions.

• Lost, stolen, or misplaced wristbands. Wristbands are required for participation.

• Being denied entry to a venue due to venue policies, personal conduct, intoxication, dress code violations, capacity restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

• Being denied a welcome shot or drink special at a participating venue. Drink specials and welcome shots are offered at the discretion of venue staff and subject to availability, venue policies, and applicable alcohol laws.

ALTERNATIVE COMPENSATION

Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to a future event may be offered at the discretion of event organizers.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please provide the ticket to the new attendee and notify event organizers of the transfer whenever possible.

EVENT CHANGES

Event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, participating venues, check-in location, or event details due to unforeseen circumstances. If changes are necessary, the event will continue with comparable venues and experiences whenever possible. Refunds will not be issued due to these adjustments.

WEATHER POLICY

This event is rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled in its entirety by Downtown Crawlers.

CHARITABLE DONATION NOTICE

This event benefits the Humane Society, and 100% of proceeds will be donated to support animals in need. As such, ticket purchases are considered final and non-refundable except where required by law.
