Step into a space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.
This 2-hour guided session combines movement, breathwork, meditation and advanced recovery technologies to support your body and mind in releasing tension, restoring balance and recharging energy.
You’ll be guided through a carefully structured experience including Qigong, yoga-based movement, calisthenics, and breathwork practices to open the body and calm the nervous system. From there, you’ll move into a deeper reset phase using advanced therapies including photobiomodulation (red light), PEMF and terahertz technology.
This is not just relaxation — it’s a full system reset designed to support physical recovery, mental clarity and overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, fatigue or simply want to feel more aligned and energised, this session offers a practical and powerful way to reconnect with your body.
Set in the unique basement space of Hyde Park Book Club, this is a small, focused experience with limited spaces to ensure quality and attention.
