An embodied introduction to digestion as the first transformation in Human Design.
About this Event

Event Description

Digestion in Human Design is not about nutrition plans, eating rules, or doing things “right.”

It’s about how life enters the body.

Food, yes — but also information, rhythm, stimulation, timing, and the environments we move through every day.

This session is designed as a foundational, embodied introduction to digestion in Human Design. Rather than starting with charts or labels, we begin by building awareness and bodily reference — so that any Human Design information introduced later can actually land and be lived.

In this class, we’ll slow down and explore digestion as a felt experience, using self-observation, reflection, and gentle inquiry to notice how your body naturally takes in and processes life.

No prior knowledge of Human Design is required.

What to Expect
  • An embodied, experiential approach (not a lecture)
  • Guided reflection and self-observation
  • A supportive group space focused on awareness, not performance
  • Light conceptual framing from Human Design
  • No charts or labels introduced in this first session

This class is intentionally designed to help you build a strong foundation before exploring more technical aspects of Human Design digestion in later sessions.

Why Start with Embodiment?

Through experience, it has become clear that learning Human Design concepts without being attuned to the body can feel abstract or disconnected.

When we start in the body:

  • Information has somewhere to land
  • Self-trust is strengthened
  • Human Design becomes a lived experience rather than a mental framework

This first session sets the stage for deeper understanding and meaningful integration over time.

About the 3-Part Digestion Series

This series unfolds over three sessions to support real integration, not information overload.
The structure moves intentionally from embodiment → understanding → integration.

Session 1 — Digestion as Embodied Awareness

Saturday, January 11
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

We begin by attuning to the body.

This foundational session focuses on noticing how you naturally take in and process life — not just food, but information, rhythm, stimulation, timing, and environment.

No charts or labels are introduced.
The emphasis is on awareness, sensing, and lived experience.

Session 2 — Digestion Through the Human Design Lens

Sunday, February 2
6:30 PM – 8:15 PM

In the second session, we begin to introduce Human Design digestion concepts and language, once the body has a reference point.

We’ll explore:

  • How Human Design describes different digestion styles
  • Why there is no “one-size-fits-all” way to nourish the body or nervous system
  • How digestion influences energy, focus, and regulation

This session bridges embodied awareness with Human Design understanding, without rushing into identity or performance.

Session 3 — Integrating Digestion into Daily Life

Monday, March 3
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

The third session focuses on integration and application.

We’ll explore how digestion shows up in everyday life — including food choices, routines, work rhythms, learning, and rest — and how to work with your system rather than against it.

Chart-based context and individual digestion insights may be introduced once sufficient embodiment and understanding are in place.

Yoga Avec Moi – 2026 Teaching Arc

This series is part of Yoga Avec Moi’s 2026 intention to explore the Four Transformations in Human Design — Digestion, Environment, Perspective, and Awareness — through a slow, embodied, and integrative approach.

Each of the Four Transformations will be explored over three sessions, allowing time for:

  • embodied awareness
  • conceptual understanding
  • lived integration

Rather than compressing complex material into a single class, this approach supports deeper learning, nervous-system regulation, and meaningful application in daily life.

The Digestion series is the first of these four transformation journeys, laying the foundation for the work that follows throughout 2026.
