What to Expect
🇲🇽🍫 Ceremonial Cacao from Mexico – supporting a local community in Chiapas
Cacao was considered the food of the gods by the Maya and Aztecs, who used it in potent rituals to connect with the spiritual realm. On a physiological level, cacao is rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and other beneficial compounds that support cardiovascular health, boost cognitive function, and uplift mood. Its high levels of theobromine and serotonin contribute to these effects.
This makes cacao both an incredible spiritual tool and a true wellness enhancer that nurtures body and mind.

🫂 Sharing Circle – opening up about different topics when we feel called, practicing active listening, and sharing our truths.
🫁 Shamanic Breathwork – benefits include emotional release, reduced stress and anxiety, increased mental clarity, and deeper spiritual connection. It allows you to dive deeper into yourself and empowers you to achieve your goals and dreams.
🎨🖌️ Art Therapy – after breathwork, our parasympathetic nervous system (the resting stage) is activated, and our creativity flows. This makes us more mindful and present, able to express emotions that are hard to put into words. Feelings and trauma that surface during breathwork can then be observed through art in a non-judgmental way—helping us accept and embrace them for personal growth.
🧘🏽♀️💃🏽 Mindful Movement – when we move, we don’t just move the body; we allow e-motions to flow freely through us. Movement gives us permission to be fully present, fully feeling, releasing what no longer serves us, and processing the emotions we are ready for.
We will be supported by Selenia, a professional dancer, who will guide us alongside myself.
