Join us for a fantastic evening at this exciting new independent restaurant in Paragon Arcade.
A modern British restaurant with a soulful twist, Swine & Soul is led by chef Michael Barnett, who brings more than 30 years of experience to the kitchen. He has created a unique menu for the Supper Club for only £29.50 per head, with flavour packed dishes inspired by the American Deep South with a touch of Spanish flair!
Starters
- Iberico ham croquetas and piquillo pepper aioli
- Autumn salad of goats cheese, charred peach, bitter leaves, hot honey mustard aioli, garlic crouton
Mains
- IPA braised pork belly, Cajun charred squash, fondant potato, chipotle sauce
- Burnt leek mac and cheese, hazelnut and gruyere crumb, fried okra
Desert
- New York baked cheesecake, iced blueberries, lemon curd cream
