The parade leaves at 11.15 am so don't be late. Dress Christmas festive steampunk. Best walking shoes. Santa will go into princess quay after parade, it will be chaotic crazy and busy so we'll end up all seperated. So if people want to meet later in the day let us know so we can organise that.
