1st Hula Hooping Workshop of the Summer! Yay :) Covering lots of on body basics, and some tricks and skills in the vertical plane (weaves, orbit rolls, etc.) to take home and show off! Much more that waist wiggling.
All welcome incl. children 7+ with a parent/guardian. Hoops provided. Lots of space, outdoors weather permitting.
