These hula hooping classes will get people of all ages and sizes moving, getting fit and connecting with their core! It helps the mind to clear as you focus on the movement becoming a moving meditation.
You will be surprised how easy it is to hoop with these custom made hoops especially for adults. At the class we show you which hoop is the perfect partner for awakening all parts of your body. It is not only used on the waist! Come and enjoy the hoop massaging your whole body and lots of laughter for your soul!
Your investment in your well-being on all levels is $15 per session. Please advise if you prefer an afternoon class as there might be an additional class each week.
Your host Ria Manolias has been teaching hooping since 2013 and has a life long passion for spirituality and helping people.
