We’re starting the morning with a walk through Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and then heading to the beach to hang out, talk, and just enjoy the ocean for a bit.

This is part of Sandbar Gals, a girls community in Fort Lauderdale where we plan things like this all the time — beach days, dinners, wellness stuff, random last-minute plans.
