Join Laura from Colourful Minds and Jenni Stuart Artist as we explore the wonderful colourful world of Jenni's artworks put together in the exhibition HUG ME.
HUG ME explores the warmth and joy paintings and art can bring to people’s lives.
This will be a 2 hour session looking into texture, shape, pattern, colour and stitch whilst being surrounded by Jenni’s paintings.
Participants will explore a mixed media approach to layering and create interesting surfaces upon which to apply a stitched embellishment to make their own artwork to take home.
Expertly guided throughout by Jenni and Laura. A dream team providing children's art lessons for a combined 20+ years.
This session will suit children aged 6+ who are able to deep dive into exploration of materials and enjoying being creative.
Jenni and Laura will be on hand every step of the way to support.
Please note:
Under 8s will require their adult's supervision.
8+ can be dropped off.
Bring a drink and a healthy snack if you wish (no nuts or sweets please!).
