As a vegan farm sanctuary, located in Louisville KY, we do not support horse racing and we do not support the Kentucky Derby. Behind the glamour, lies a brutal industry, where horses are exploited, abused and killed for profit and entertainment. As a compassionate and humane alternate opportunity, Tribe invites you to enjoy a spring day with your family, friends, Tribe horses and other Tribe residents at the sanctuary, where horses and all animals are honored, loved and respected.
Gates open at 12noon and close at 3PM. We accept last visitors at 2:30PM
Sanctuary reminders
•$10 donation per person, including children, at the gate.
•TAS accepts cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal and Venmo
•Best for children 5+
•No strollers or wagons, as they can frighten animals
•Please leave your companion animals at home. They aren’t allowed.
•This is an outdoor event, without public bathroom.
•Event is cancelled, if rains.
Tribe Animal Sanctuary is a 501c3 nonprofit vegan farm sanctuary and donations directly feed and care for the residents.
