Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart is the Founder & CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, one of the fastest-rising haircare brands in the industry. Since launching the company in 2014, she has built a category-defining brand rooted in authenticity, community, and innovation. A New Orleans native, Jesseca is also a dedicated philanthropist and cultural influencer, using her platform to empower women and invest in education, youth, and underserved communities.
Karonda Cook
Head of Global Marketing, KISS
Karonda Cook is a beauty industry thought leader with 20+ years of experience building culturally relevant brands. As Head of Global Marketing at KISS, she leads global brand strategy and integrated consumer marketing. Previously, she helped shape Unilever’s textured hair strategy and played a key role in making textured hair Sally Beauty’s fastest-growing division, supporting the growth of category-leading brands like Mielle Organics.
Together, Jesseca and Karonda will explore what it truly means to build beyond boundaries—across identity, access, scale, and systems—and how women can create impact without shrinking themselves to fit traditional molds.
