HSP/Empaths Potluck Bonfire Social

HSP/ Empaths Bonfire: Come join your tribe and connect in celebration. We will meet at 5PM near the restroom behind Starseed Academy at 2590 Mission Bay Dr., San Diego, CA 92109. Look for the yellow HSP sign and balloons. **Bring a chair and warm jacket.
We will have a short discussion on loving your authentic essence and how to share deeply what is going on with you both challenges and inspirations (roses and thorns). We will learn and practive a nonviolent communication technique called empathy guesses.
Please bring cooked meat or vegan entrée items, side, dish, items, veggies, or desserts to share. Hope you can make it❣️
