Expect a dynamic flow of workouts, workshops, and wellness experiences led by top gyms, coaches, and brands. From high-intensity training and competitive challenges to yoga, mobility, breathwork, and nutrition sessions, every offering is built to give participants something real—whether that’s pushing limits, learning something new, or resetting the body.
The space comes alive with a rotating schedule of sessions, workouts, a curated vendor marketplace, activation zones, and a live DJ setting the tone throughout the day. It’s not just about training—it’s about the energy of being surrounded by like-minded people all in on the same experience.
Each session is intentionally designed by its facilitator to deliver a clear, engaging experience—whether that’s a structured workout, an interactive workshop, or a skill-building session participants can immediately apply.
As the day builds, the atmosphere shifts into a daytime social—Coffee Club style—where fitness blends seamlessly into music, connection, and celebration.

Push your limits with the Deadly Dozen DFT (Deadly Fitness Test, a high-intensity, full-body challenge designed to test strength, endurance, and mental grit. Participants will row or ski 400m before completing each of following six movements: 60 kettlebell deadlifts, 60 dumbbell snatches, 60 kettlebell goblet squats, 60 dumbbell push presses, 60 weight plate clean & presses, and finish strong with 20 devil’s presses. Choose to tackle the challenge solo or partner up for teamwork and strategy.
As part of this event, Deadly Dozen Canada is teaming up with Build Method, an online training platform that offers a variety of training programs to help you continue building hybrid performance, strength, endurance, and overall fitness beyond the fitness festival.
