About this Event
This event is 1 of 3 sessions in the CIPD branch in Leicestershire Early Careers Programme 2025-26 designed to complement university course curriculums, provide career development support, and strengthen the connection between academic learning and professional practice.
We will look at how organisations are responding to change - including technology, sustainability, and new expectations from employees - and what this means for HR professionals.

Who is it for?
MSc HRM students/HRM undergraduates, early career professionals, and anyone interested in the future of work.
Open to CIPD non-members and members.
All students from Leicester, DMU, and Loughborough are welcome.

Lauren Gray - Chair and Committee Member, CIPD Leicestershire Branch, and Independent HR Consultant.
Louise Lennon - Vice Chair and Committee Member, CIPD Leicestershire Branch, and founder of business psychology consultancy The People Deal.

On road parking, around the campus, after 6 pm is free.
Visitor spaces have also been booked in the University’s visitor car park. A Pay & Display ticket will need to be purchased to display alongside the Visitor Parking Permit which will be provided by Security on arrival. Parking is charged at £2 for up to 5 x hours and £4 for up to 12 hours.
