HR as the Agent of Change: The Fine Art of Implementation

In this session, HR leaders meet to discuss the successes and pitfalls they encounter implementing change in their organizations.
About this Event

Change is constant in today’s workplace, but successful implementation is far from automatic. New legislation, evolving workforce expectations, and emerging technologies are forcing organizations to adapt quickly. In many cases, Human Resources is the function responsible for turning these pressures into practical action.

In this event, we explore the role HR plays as the agent of change inside organizationsβ€”translating strategy, policy, and external trends into clear practices that leaders and employees can understand and adopt.

Our panel of experienced practitioners will share their experiences, perspectives, and suggestions on how to best navigate complex organizational shifts. These issues are widely discussed, but the successful implemention of them in real organizations requires thoughtful leadership, strong communication, and careful coordination.

Following the panel discussion, participants will move into facilitated roundtable conversations to explore how these challenges are showing up in their own organizations and to share practical approaches for moving change forward.

HR as a Driver of Organizational Change

Whether shaping strategy or leading its implementation, our goal is to explore how HR can strengthen its role as a driver of organizational change. This is your chance to discuss your own unique challenges implementing change as well as many other common pain points for HR leaders, such as:

  • implementing pay transparency and pay equity amid evolving regulations
  • supporting skills-based hiring and internal talent development
  • helping teams build trust and work effectively in hybrid settings
  • approaching AI in recruitment in a responsible, practical way

Many thanks to our wonderful sponsors!
