On Saturday 6th June, that legacy continues with HQ’s Strongest 2026.
This is not spectacle for the sake of spectacle.
This is strongman stripped to its core — outdoors,gritty, raw, and timeless.

We deliver competitions that test willpower as much as muscle, and demand resilience, courage, and grit from all who enter.
