The third 2026 quarterly HPUL General Membership meeting is set for Saturday, July 18th, 2026, @ 12 pm (PST). This meeting will be conducted in person and via ZOOM located at the HPUL Community Building 9460 Main St., Upper Lake, CA.There will be a delicious lunch, an honored elder's gift, and 6 nice member giveaways at the time of the meeting.
Staff and the Executive Council look forward to having you there.
The agenda deadline is set for 12pm (PST), the Thursday, one week before this meeting (i.e., on Jul. 9th).
