*Workshop led by Mellissa Meeks and/or the cookbook author
*Monthly tips and tricks via a newsletter tailored to that month's cookbook and/or kitchen gadget or baking/serving item
On Tuesday, March 24 from 6:30-8:00 PM, Mellissa Meeks (owner of Southern Dash Catering by MellMee) will conduct the March Howlin' Owl workshop at Blue Apple Books / South & Pine, which will be an entertainment-focused workshop featuring a variety of elevated appetizers with suggested wine pairings.
Your ticket includes:
- Demonstration and samples of all menu items + samples of paired wines
- A copy of the Wine Bites cookbook
- Your choice of either a mini charcuterie board or a beautiful 3-piece appetizer serving set with pearlized handles
MENU: Pulled Pork Sliders, Pizza, Herbed White Bean Hummus + Garlic Toasts, Sweet Potato Fritters, Wine samples paired with appetizers (soft drinks and water also provided)
