How We Connect: Teen Edition is a relaxed, supportive discussion space just for teens to talk about relationships, emotions, boundaries, and what it really feels like to connect with others (and yourself). There’s no right or wrong answer here—just honest conversation.
We’ll explore:
- How friendships, family, and social media affect mental health
- Feeling heard, seen, and understood
- Healthy vs. unhealthy connections
- Ways to build stronger connections without pressure
