How to write an effective business plan workshop

A business plan is a valuable tool for any business owner that can help you organise your ideas, and make preparations for your businesses next steps. Join us for this interactive session where you will learn how to create and develop a robust business plan.

You will be guided through the content requirements of the main sections in a business plan, and given some top tips of how to prepare your business plan when applying for a loan or grant. The session will cover the basics of financial forecasting and examples of the common pitfalls you should avoid.
