During the workshop, you will:
• Learn about the legalities surrounding the use of force in self-defense
• Understand the proper way to grip and hold your baton
• Learn various techniques for striking and defending with your baton
• Practice using your baton on the instructor in a fully-padded strike suit
Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step of the workshop to ensure you feel confident and prepared to use your baton in self-defense situations.
