How to Train Longsword: A Seminar for Students and Coaches.

All members of the HEMA community are invited to a weekend of longsword practice and coaching with special guest instructor Stuart McDermid of the Stoccata School of Defence.

The first day will be at the Goulburn Scout Hall where we will hold a workshop on skills and coaching. The second day will be held at the Gunning Scout Hall and will be focused on individual agnostic weapon coaching and self improvement. Whether you are new to longsword or are experienced already there will be something for you at our workshop. Hope to see you there."
