How to Say No: Defining and Holding Your Boundaries

(Sweet Talk: Wellbeing Workshop 3)

Once the Christmas and Winter seasons begin it’s tempting to eat, drink and make merry like there’s no tomorrow. These winter months can also be particularly difficult when it comes to holding our boundaries around family, relationships, spending, and addictions.

However, tomorrow does come, and along with it regrets - too much eaten, too much drunk, too much spent, too much consumed and generally too much overindulged.

How can you get through the festive season and come out of it feeling well-balanced and, yes, actually, well?

Is it possible to have friends, be sociable and go to parties - and not feel worse?

This taster workshop will focus on how to say ‘No’ to things you really don’t want, and ‘Yes’ to how you want to live. We'll work on strategies for handling FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), and how to set healthy boundaries for yourself.

How to Say No is the third in a series of 3 taster workshops by Corinne Sweet, spread across 2025. Join Corinne through different seasons to tackle various areas of self-love, self-development and growth.
