Participants will learn how to plan a small swap with minimal resources, including choosing a format, managing donations, setting clear swap rules, and creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. The session draws on Change Clothes’ experience of running swaps in communities across Ireland and is designed to build confidence, showing that swaps don’t need to be big or complicated to have real impact.
