Nathan S. J. Williams is an attorney with Shambaugh Kast Beck & Williams LLP who focuses on estate and trust–related legal services. His practice includes estate and personal planning, trust administration, guardianships, probate litigation, taxation, and business organizations. He is particularly experienced in working with families and individuals with special needs, using his background in social work to provide thoughtful, client-centered guidance.
He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law and is licensed to practice in Indiana, Ohio, federal district courts, and the U.S. Tax Court.
