Participants will learn practical techniques for preparing for compensation conversations, communicating their impact, and navigating common challenges women face in salary negotiations.
In addition to negotiation strategies, the session will also focus on career advancement—exploring how to position yourself for leadership roles, promotions, and career transitions. Attendees will gain insight into identifying growth opportunities, building leadership presence, and strategically navigating the path to the next stage of their careers.
